Daily Dose of Acai Berry Information

Tuesday 23 February 2010 @ 1:34 am

If you want to get in on the worldwide phenomenon of acai berry health benefits and live in Singapore, you have come to the right place to learn more. Learn about the health benefits, get great deals, and avoid the all too prevalent supplement scams. In just a few minutes, you will be ready to get started with the acclaimed super-fruit.

The biggest reason it has become so popular is the high level of antioxidants. It has more antioxidants than traditional powerhouses like the blueberry and even has more than the recent super-fruit, the pomegranate. Additionally, it has a healthy dose of omega fatty acids and dietary fiber. With all these beneficial characteristics, it is easy to see why many people use acai berry supplements.

The problem is that they spoil very quickly which means you will not see fresh berries in Singapore.  You will have to rely on purchasing supplements.

Unfortunately, it can be hard to find acai berry Singapore distributors. While almost every company ships to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, Singapore suppliers take a little work to find. Let’s fix that problem right now.

There are several companies that ship pure acai berry supplements to Singapore. Both Amazon Thunder and Cloudnine offer great deals like Buy 4 Get 2 Free or you can just buy one bottle. Cloudnine also has a free trial for their capsules.

It can be really hard to find companies that ship the complete weight loss supplements to Singapore. At this point, the only company that I know of is Acai Power Blast. They have a free trial offer that ships to Singapore addresses.

Three Keys to Establishing Goals in Life

Monday 22 February 2010 @ 1:15 am

What you are about to read is my three keys to establishing goals in life. You see, just three years back, there was no way I knew how to establish them in my life. But until I was exposed to the technology of Neuro Linguistic Programming, I now know that there are three simple keys to establishing goals in life.

Number one, you have to know your why.

There is a saying that a man with a big enough why can overcome any hows. And what does this mean? If you have a very clear reason on why you want to do something then it’ll be easy for you to go about planning what you want in life. The reason is because when you have a reason why, everything would point towards getting the thing done. You have immense amount of energy to accomplishing tasks and establishing goals become easy for you.

Number two is to keep a journal to track your progress.

One very difficult thing to do to establish goals in life is to commit to them. So one thing you need to do is have a journal to track the progress of them so that when you have established them, you will be able to find out for yourself if you are on track or not. If you are off-track from them, you can very quickly bring yourself back on track again. Very important in establishing goals, is that you must be motivated to pursue your goals or else it is really pointless in establishing them in the first place.

The third thing to establishing goals in life is to remind yourself constantly.

You probably know very well how to go about establishing goals. But one problem that many people face is that their attention wanes after a while. They just go by the wayside, they procrastinate and they give themselves excuses after a while.

What you have to do after that is to remind yourself of your them. How do you do this? Very simple. Every morning, when you wake up, even before you do anything or even before you have breakfast, get yourself a piece of paper and pen and write down 10 goals you have for yourself. This helps to remind you what is it you have established for yourself and keep your mind focused on achieving those goals along the day.

There you go, I’ve shared with you three keys to establishing goals in life. These have worked tremendously well for me and I urged you to test them out and use them in your life.

Singapore Economy – Singapore is a Tiny Diamond Shaped Island Nation

Sunday 21 February 2010 @ 1:11 am

Singapore is a tiny diamond shaped island nation. With limited land, water resources and a blend of ethnic cross section of population to deal with, Singapore in economic terms is doing marvelously well.

A capitalist mixed economy, the government of Singapore endeavors to provide an open business environment for more profitable ventures with foreign enterprises. The economy of the Singapore deals in Exports of chemicals, services, and electronics. The key here is to gather enough foreign exchange required for buying of natural resources and raw materials. These raw materials are further processed and the finished good is then exported. The key industries in this field are the oil refining industry and wafer fabrication. Other major industries of the economy are rubber processing and its products, financial services, ship repair, processed food and beverages.

Provision of well connected and well developed Infrastructure is another key area especially the Changi airport and its ports which are busiest in the world. Singapore has a high number of skilled and educated workforce who in turn deal with specialized procedures which further enable Singapore to churn out more export oriented products

In the recent years, the Singaporean economy has witnessed high growth rates surpassing that of its neighboring countries as well. The signs of an economic boom are witnessed by the influx of tourists, migration of foreign population into Singapore for work related or education related purposes, the real estate boom which is clearly shows not only an increase in property rates but also in rent rates. Shopping malls in Singapore specially those along the Orchard Road, Bugis Junction, China Town etc show hectic activity and people throng these markets for shopping.

The influx of immigrants and foreign expatriates has shown considerable increase, implying increase in economic activity and positive signs of growth in the economy. Many of the immigrants have also purchased flats or housing units. Promotion of tourist activity has been seen by upsurge of fancy hotels, entertainment centers such as casinos, amusement parks and theme parks. All of these go packed leading to earning of good revenues.

The Singaporean Economy is thus witnessing a period of a good growth rate, high inflation rate accompanied by decreasing exports. At the same time, the government is relying on the increase in population which will lead to increase in demand and thus sustain the manufacturing activity of the Singaporean Economy. The uniqueness of Singaporean Economy and its Growth lies in its principals of free market economics with relatively corruption free political system and bureaucracy.
